I know MOFAZ @ Arcadia Green (opposite Hard Rock KL) had a 98 FD back in the year 2000...... I bought my EVO5 from them back then (sold edi)...... There was a 98 spec Mica Blue FD3S there also...... But, it was an Auto Version...... If Manual. i would've bought it........ Dunno who bought it though........ That was the only 98 FD that ive come across...... All others were 93, 94, 95 spec FD's......

The 98' mica blue FD3S you saw is Type R, RB or RS version?
Till today, I didn't come across any 98' FD3S.
All I saw were earlier specs upgraded to 98' FD3S looks.
Won't hesitate to get one if come across any 98' FD3S available for sales. :_:

Ah, that's the ultimate FD3S to own.
The Type-A Spirit R RX-7!
Probably need to go through grey importer to own one.
Never come across one in Malaysia before.

Try a couple of import car dealers in JB and you could also ask Mazda Cycle & Carriage if they could bring one in for you. Then you could get the warranty from them which is not a bad thing at all.:shades_smile:

as far as i know, engine and chasis number is okay. got slight front damage before previously.....

trust your guts.... the car will be fine... other than that... nothing money can't fix... except if the car is being marked by mopsters.. then that one cannot be changed... :) not to say it's being marked.. :) don't worry.

welcome to the group.... we have alot of veterans and professors on RX7... FC, FD.,.. SA.. but most have FD... throw up questions.. we'll answer it with our best knowledge.
