thatz true... thatz wat one of a malay manager working in my pervious company told me. He said he enjoyed it very much at one of the govt. sector doing engineering. But he said there got salary cieling... cannot go higher already .Well.. one thing for another lor. He said he wanted more $$ .. so he quit the job and went to private sector instead...

salary wont be a big deal in G....they always got lobang to earn more than a bank manager.....you see...JPJ..Police...Bandaraya....JKR....all also got lobang for special incentives....salary is just like silings for them....

private sector after quiting from G......can be contractor......sub con etc...

if i am bumi..i will join uno....then become putera..so i can drive a new ferrari and tiong kau those pity tax payers proton.....flash light with my HID some more.... :P
