Yes! it can support the 4 wires O2 sensors. I dont think there will be much a problem with the injector duty cycle control because, the software are able to control the injector fully.
1.8 wira should not be a problem. All the ecu installation other than Toyota will have to look for KSM or Steven Wan in Puchong currently. If you are driving a Honda or Mitsubishi engine pls look for him. He will be able to answer all ur question reagrding those engine.
