Sunny,
If u have a company car, no need to get another car.......
but if u planning to get proton neo, get the R3 vesion.....superb....
dunno still got stock or not.....

if you're looking for a Proton, you can pm EvolutionZ. he knows people and can help you. :wavey:

well, since it is a new company so they don't have any car now......but i have seen in my offer that they will provide transportation .......
i may have to purchase the car on behalf of the company........so in that case, proton neo why not? i see few in bkk, they look superb...although Thai's are not into Malaysian cars. resale value is close to zero. Parts are not easy available, service centers are not efficient and i heard you need to wait for really long time for replacement.

but if i'm in Malaysia, why not drive their car? my grandfather used to drive a green proton saga during the 90's. i remember it used look like mistubishi galant at that time......it was a nice delicate car.....

Which part of KL specifically will the new office be located?
The guys here will be able to provide u with even more insights on the area and where its conveniently connected to....

thanks minivan......nothing is finalized yet.....it would be up to me where to establish the office....it would be small but big as time goes..

Guys here are extremely friendly. Infact, i didn't come across any forum, friendly as this one...shows you guys living in a great country.......

haha...well, it is afterall a car enthusiast community... :wavey: anything ur unsure of can ask. we have 80k registered members i doubt no one could help

lolz...ppls from oversea wanted to try our local car, while we if can wanted to get away from it..haha...no offence to local car's enthusiast...but i do agree some of proton really got nice handling car....

your company is involved in distribution right? are you distributing finished goods or supplying electrical parts to local manufacturers? if you require some warehouse space to keep your goods, then KL city centre is not really a good idea to setup your office because rental will cost a bomb.

assuming that you require space to stock your goods, you can look at places such as Subang, Sunway, Puchong or even Cheras. you can search for shoplots (preferably ground floor units) where your loading/unloading of goods will be easier. these few places are connected to major highways in-and-out of KL city so its quite convenient and also costs less to rent compared to KL city centre. on top of that, there are plenty of condos that you can rent in those 4 places and KL night life is probably a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic.

i got lubang at Damansara uptown 4 storey shoplot 13k/mth. slightly ouskirts...nice place for HQ

oh thanks again....floods of information........guys let me first fly to Dubai for final interview first...hehehe

but yeah! i like the design of Proton new....i would buy it anyday.....hatchback,2 door, sporty, value for price...what else can i ask for?

but i heard, Proton exports the best quality car abroad while they keep worse one at home....is it true?

Welcome to Malaysia Sunny......enjoy your stay here in ZTH...^_^

Yeah... sad but true. But what they are doing is complying with requirements of some overseas markets, which happen to have more stringent requirements compared to the requirements in M'sia. Airbags and some structural stuff for the UK market is an example.... So thats why some of the export models are better spec'd, etc...
