my waja high beam shooting one up and one down

i need a favour from all bro here.....hope that bro here can help me to solve my problem...... thx in advance
whenever i switch on my high beam, the high beam on the right shoot up and the left side shoot down...... i try to adjust but i notice that the low and high beam move together from left to right and up and down....
this problem had with me for one year.... so i hope bro here can really help me....

bro......come join WRC...waja racing club....at WRC forum...where all ur problem can me explained...and solve

but this high beam is ez to solve...there is a philip type screw white colour/alenkey plastic type....above ur highbeam headlight/..just turn clock wise or anti clockwise for desirable angle...same goes with the crystal headlight.....

that's normal/...all headlight should be 1 up 1 down...if 2 up or 2 down, how u gonna to see ?? like having 1 headlight only...
