my rav4 jerking when economy light is on

hi all... my rav4 year 2000 have this problem for quit some time and already sent to check the ECU but the computer could not detect where the problem comes from. The jerking only occur when the economy light is on (automated) even when i'm at 110km/h. Already change the spark plug coil ang it cost me rm 1500 but still did not solve the issue. does anyone knows what caused this problem. your help is much appreciated...
