Wait for everything complete first.
u may need some extra $$ for minor minor touch up after repair.

ya...when my car is ready, i will tell him to let me test for 2-3 days, if everything ok,
then only i will pay....if he tell me to pay 1st then only can take the car, fine, no choice,
but i will go to consumer rights.

he told me to pay half of my repairs that he rebuild my engine, cos he
needed money to pay the kedai ketuk, i said , i will not give u even 10cents,.

My point of view, any incident caused by the workshop/mechanic.
They should compensate/repair/replace the damage part.

Impact of the case, your car value will drop so much due to "not accident free".
Involved parties should responsible.

Maybe you should file some law suit to the shops.
But you have to prepare a good lawyer + expenses.
If happen to me, I also "pening" what to do...

Or else you should change the car if you have extra budget.
You will experience different feeling after this.

c how la....must wait for the outcome 1st.
he is cooperative, today my bro in law & parents in law goin to his workshop to
tiu kaw him.....they also cannot tahan when they heard the story.......
cos they know how i jaga the car...althought the paint faded & bumper in not so good condition,
cos saving up money to get it done soon hehe......
he told me need to wait 2 weeks for the car to be completed, i also told him wat about the undercarriage, lower arm, upper arm, tie rod end, absorber link etc....as adviced by DD05 yesterday...it will costs a bomb to replace........the mech replied dont worry, cos it didnt effect below, i told him , we shall see again when the car is out.

it still wont be as good as before rite? summore its wrong to trash customers car,
a good workshop will treat customers car as its theirs, the only thing that they can do to make me happy is to buy me another car, exactly the same? i dont think they can do that rite?
