Modify intercooler

I got a question wanted to ask. I got a intercooler and wanted to modify both the end tank so it can be customised towards my need. The center cooling core would remain. Any shop that does the customisation for this? Only modifying the inlet and outlet of the intercooler. Please recomend. Thanks

modify the inlet/outlet hole diameter or what ? if that so, u can go to engineering shop and ask them to do that for u. or u can adjust which corner to put that pipe..also can. weld (tutup) the old hole than korek other hole la hehe

if u want to create other design of end tank...hmm people say that FRC can create one..including the core, i think MOTORTRADER got their adv.

ppl were asking me to take 3 saab 900 intercoolers and cut off the end tanks and weld all 3 together to make 1 hell of an intercooler...
are there ppl who do that?

3 core ? i think hard to weld lah...have to weld one by one its bar lor, better customised than mods like that. otherwise, find second hand aftermarket one
