Autocar - Nice read and reviews. Not that up to date compared to Brit editions.
Traffic - Nice read. But reviews tend to be too conversational.
Hypertune - Ok i think it has too much ads nowdays.
Motortrader - If u wanna look for a car to buy this is it.

I suggest you go to those mag shops that stock old editions of mags for cheap prices. Some goes for 3-10 bucks. And some packaged at rm10 for 3 or rm20 for 3. You could get Rod & Custom, BMW, Eurotuner, SportCompacCars, Turbo, Hot4s blah blah. I dig those because its cheap.

My 2 cents.

Autocar Asean - So, so. Can be a bit biased at times. I buy it sometimes when it features something I like.

Evo Malaysia - Thumbs up from me...for the UK articles. The local ones are just ok and like Autocar, can be biased. I buy it every month.

AsianAuto - Worse than the 2 above. Used to buy it, not anymore.

Hypertune - Used to love it. Going downhill ever since. Maybe its just me. Too much ads these days, as well. Still buying it, but seriously considering stopping.

Traffic - Not my cup of tea. If I want photos of modded cars and lists of aftermarket parts, I'd surf the internet. Actually, Hypertune has this same issue as well. Bought several and then stopped.

Motortrader - Rather visit Motortrader.com.my.

I've always have a thing for Autocar Asean Edition. I feel the articles are a lot more matured, gives a very honest review about the car they tested, good but a little brief on the motorsport section and a superb UK articles/reviews on various cars. I especially like the comparison test whereby each time they'll take like 15 to 20 supercars to test. Also, their spyshots are very accurate too.

Hypertune in my honest opinion is only very average. Their outlook appeal more towards the younger hippie readers who're into modfied cars, hot chics, loud sound system and so on. This explains why the advertisement of various car products in it. The plus point would be the featured girls in every issues. The chics are getting hotter and hotter. I happen to browse thru this months edition featuring this girl is a super low cut dress whereby her boobs nearly popped out. Not that i'm complaining, but then again, i feel their contents are a little too childish at times.

the only thing i like about hypertune is that their articles are getting more elaborate. not just mentioning wats in the engine bay and bla bla bla.i dont wanna know wat i can already see.
yes.hypertune is going downhill la..too much of ads.yet i still buy it religiously.
