Anyone have this problem?

When using the engine damper?

Triggers Check Engine Light?

its not the knock sensor being too sensitive. unless you have replaced the original oem knock sensor something else is wrong. what car are you driving? When did this start happening? do you always put petrol at the same station? Are you running aftermarket ems? if yes then just increase threshold to acceptable amount. there's lot more to just saying the knock is too sensitive. To answer your query intelligently, please tell us more bout your car and mods you have performed. Increased knock is sign of detonation (insufficient fuel).

B18C-R
Mods - only bolts on + Cam gears (advanced for low-end)
ECU-spoon+VAFC2 (dyno tuned)
FPress=50psi
Ign Timimg - 18 degree
Check Engine light (23) comes on intermitently at 3,000 rpm and light cruise

By the way, any good shop for checking wiring?

when you say tuned, what afr was on wideband at the specific rev range. could also be stuck injectors during transition.

Used REDLINE "Complete Fuel System Cleaner". Seems to have fixed the problem. Engine now runs richer - checked with a wideband A/F meter.

A/F Ratio

At 20%-30% throttle A/F ~ 14.0 to 14.5.

your ecu got problem dude..
dyno it...for error code check...then reset it..
knock sensor only gives higher voltage when car in need, not destroy your car...
go for those place where they have the dyno system called Launch...
they can help you...
