I have Chevrolet LS Exclusive( some where it is named with Matiz) 796 CC EFI engine 2004 model. Its Korean Brand equiped with Dewoo Automotive Technology spare parts.
Unfortunately, my car MAP Sensor is stolen. And I am not interested to Buy new one because of unaffordability factor. For the time being, till i become able to buy, I would like to buypass MAP Sensor in such a way that i can't feel trouble in driving.

Is It Possible to buypass MAP Sensor? If it is then please give me solution(s).

Anyone know its pressure range... 1 bar or 2 bar or 3 bar???

I am observing that car engine is just vibrating enough and if Accelator is not pushed enough then it just Off the engine. I would like to remove this problem.

Please guide me what can i do to bypass it............

Can anyone suggest me the website where i can make online order of its MAP Sensor?

There is no way you can bypass the MAp sensor,have to buy a new one

Bro, you can not by pass the "Map" sensor. You will notice a lot of smoke at your tail pipe when idle.( very...very poor fuel comsumption )

It might help. Just goto "Potong kerata" shop, get a NA map sensor like any "Toyota" maps,4AGE,4AFE....cost may be RM40.00

This unit runing on 5V with 3 pins ( 5V, signal and ground ). The rest you have to ask your "wireman".

Bro, please state your engine,Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi ?

Normally, you can not by-pass the important sensor like "Hot-wire" in Nissan, map in Honda,Mitsubishi( Mivec ),Toyota in Misubishi, if you using stock ecu.

He..he...he....unless you have to drive back to workshop!

The boost sensor can replace the MAP sensor.?

Bro,I am confuse here! You mean buy stand alone ecu, Microtech to replace the the map sensor ?

No, the ecu will get wrong reading, unless there is a "map calibration table" to change in that ecu.( if it is programmable one )

ooo... what i know afm sensor can't bypass. that means i need change to aftermarket ecu la...... nevermine laa.... xde modal la.... tq alll...
