mornin everybody.

my friend just converted his kia sephia by putting mazda B8 turbo. he did it at this company in subang. here's the pix. cool huh?

just need to know whether b8 engine is reliable in his car coz im thinkin of moddin mine with the same engine.

i've check and the friend told me that the bengkel (cobra) did everything for him, even JPJ approval. its above RM1k for the JPJ but i cant remember the exact price. will ask lor after this. wat i know is that my friend is so damn pleased with the mod. lucky b**tard

I'm not against such projects, as a matter of fact, I think its cool to see such hybrids.

Sometimes it gets tiring to see the usual Proton VR4/GSR or Honda B16s/18s or Mazda/Ford B6/8s.

But I'm curious to know how they manage to get JPJ approval since mixed marriages has been banned years ago.

Anyway, keep us updated on this project.

hmmm....that strict huh?! but the guy who mod his kia got through the inspection wit flying colors...i think. of course the bengkel help him la. i dont know how. haf to ask the bengkel. i think JPJ already less strict on the matter. all i know is that nothing is impossible.
