Good for stashing cash which don't belong to you or came from illegal sources. Once its in, very hard for anybody else to do anything about it.

Easy. We plant a high tech land mine system beneath the roads these mofo mat rempits normally use. The mines can be armed / disarmed at the push of a button so as to not kill innocent ppl.
