Even if the engine condition is perfect on the outside... the inside is another matter. But, if u plan to overhaul it... that doesn't apply.
Price also another matter... I know a friend's friend who bought a genuine racing engine for cheaps... but the condition is very deceiving... the halfcut was abandoned for years and the 'lalang' had grown on it. Upon cracking the engine open, he found many racing-spec goodies. The price? Less than RM 2k for a 4G61T.
