Advice on engine transplant...

If i happen to transplant a half cut engine into my car, can i re-use the old stuff in my old engine? like spark plugs, timing belt, etc... is it ok to do so? please advice... thanks.

normally u wont need to use the old stuff...u will buy the new stuff...unless u want to save money and use back or old stuff or from the halfcut which u didnt know how was the car used...

meaning u want to use the stuff which is already in that halfcut?no.it wont be in good working order..if u do use it..it would last u a lil while and u will end up replacing them.

thanks guys, ok, let say, i have an engine a std kancil 660cc converted to l2 engine, is the timing belt the same as the 660cc engine? cause i just replace the timing belt of the car (660). its not im being to stingy to replace it but if its reusable, why not right...?

i think its the same..ask a mech to check for u..most prob its the saMe.
