he basically has adjustable cam pulleys installed in his 4gxx and wants to know how to set his cams shafts...

if you want to set your own self ..

retard intake 3 degress
advance exhaust 4 degrees

this is my friends advise,he previously play 4g91 similar to you.

the best setting of the cam can be found using degree wheel and other gadget such as dial gauge..but before you dial your cam you need to know the cam profile

if dunno cam profile u can also setting on dyno. u can see the different each set up. i always tune customer car on dyno less time and proven performance. this set up is for who have experience only not for newbie.
