How to DIY room light for bonet?..help me

hello,

I am thinking of DIY a room light for back comparment where we put our tools box and stuffs in the car..iswara has it but not kancil..poor thing...i know we can tap wire from the room light in the car but where to find the wire?at the right of the back light lamp there is small black thingy switch for the room lights..wat i mean is when u open ur bonet, ur room light will switch on and vice-versa..mine is not working anymore..i try to open it but failed..i guess i can tap the wires from it..

please help..wat i know i need bright led or bulb(signal light oso can) and tap to those wires..
