Front door light need help

I got a digital volmeter inside my car to measure the voltage show is 11.58 when without engine start and 13.86 when engine start with aircond on 14.08 engine start without aircond. Is that ab-normal? cause i just change a 70 baterry loh.

Rm15 one is the small bulb inside the headlamp 2 bulbs and the bumber light bulb is Rm9.50 per pieces. Cause is white bulb more expensive. i get it in brother. is it expensive? any recomentation?

I got one question here hope all sifu can help. about the door switch on wira. is that the switch is double throw??? cause my friend said if the switch is double throw then will not need any addition component cause the double throw switch will have extra 1 point (mean the connector for the switch is 4). I also blur blur about this.

For maxx ideal, u have done this circuit for your car? is that works? cause yes i agree that the diode is forcing the current to flow one way. But that mean the other doors will on the light together when i open the driver door. cause the door switch purpose is to on the roof lamp and also the door close signal. Please dun shoot me if i was wrong.
