Toda, Skunk2, JUN, BC, Crower, Spoon. It's all depends on your budget. But beware, Hi-camshaft needs uprated valve spring, uprated retainer n also Cam pulley to adjust the cams. And last but not least, a stand alone 2 to tune it. Happy Modding Bro.

brian crower is cheap,but many said the cam not reliable

i think u wont get more noticeable sound when u switch to hi cam,it will be more smooth when vtec engage if u use high duration cam

tx for the advise, if said i hv budget 4k to buy a complete Hi cam kits, my request jus mod on vtec sound much and a bit mod on power............ which type of Hi cam is more suitable for me? bro , any comment about Toda, Jun & skun2?,, any else Honda hicam modder........ dont mine to let me know the difference about different brand Hicam......... mod on stage 2........... tx

my experienced.. for b16a, using b16b cam, v.spring and retainer is enough.
u can hear the vtec sound really louder after u tune tht cam..
dont forget to purchase ur border 304 muffler too.. eheehh..

i agree with dc vtec...for b16a engine...type r cam is good..if u choose for jun,toda,brian crower...make sure stage 1...if stage 3...u must upgrade ur comprasion piston....

i'm using it before with my b16b setup... i think its ok till the last day of that engine... n still ok in term of making power. 201atw. its not the BC stage 3, but its the BC jun 3 spec.

i think if u want that obvious vtec switchover surge (and sound), shud go for american cams....cause many of them are designed like that since the american likes that effect....japanese aftermarket cams like Toda, u wont really feel it, since the torque curve is almost flat across the power band....

as much as jun camshafts broke to this very day, i see ppl still go and buy em. i have never heard of BC camshafts broken yet.

2) bc spec 3 is replica to jun type 3 rite? at the box also stated it is jun type 3 replica ma. it should give the same performance as ori jun type 3 rite?
