Hankook V12 Evo2 finally here

My friend saw these in tyre shop (Acanta), finally here, really long wait.....





195/55R15 have, but not sure of the price. Wonder if can give PS3 a fight as V12 Evo was pretty close to them last time.....:rolleyes:

The first version was still far away from PS3 but this one might be much closer and may give PS3 a run for its money. If better than F1-D5 then this would be a good candidate for me to replace my F1-D5 as ideally I'd prefer directional tires at the front due to my staggered setup. Hopefully the price range is not more expensive than F1-D5 or RE003, cheaper even better. More importantly has my sizes.

V12Evo was slightly behind PS3 but at that time was much cheaper especially comparing the 15" ones as slowly the PS3 went up in price, but of course lately they have drop the price and have come down so only thing now is what is Hankook price?

Was eyeing the cheap Rovelo A1 Sports, see if worth the money or is it real bad.....

Seems at the moment only have 3 sizes. 195/55R15, 215/45R17 and 225/45R18, the very popular sizes.....

Could be wrong timing to launch with super high USD.
195/55R15 quoted at RM245, this is around PS3 price, but 215/45R17 is at RM380 which is pretty good price since PS3 is in mid RM400 region

Why the hell wait for so long before bringing in the stuff here?? :hmmmm: Now USD has gone so high and the prices are not as cheap anymore. If they brought in about the same time as RE003, then that would be a good competition and people will not only talk about RE003.

Not sure, but 195/50R16 got very little tyre choices only....

Based on Tirerack search, can get Yokohama Advan V105 & Dunlop Direzza DZ102 but don't know if can really get here in Malaysia.

To me DZ101 was noisy, DZ102 pattern looks more refine with smaller blocks, now look very much like Toyo DRB already, however DZ series are not actually Dunlop performance category. Dunlop top are the Sports Maxx category.

If PS3 have the size, might as well use that. One of the best performance tyres around.

Ya....if PS3 have this size I will use back PS3 but PS3 don't this size
My original size is 185/60/15 I changed to 195/50/16...if I use 205/45/16 is it suitable?
I hope to find a tyre like PS3 or nearly PS3 and noisy abit also ok...need good grip wet/dry And good handling,sharp steering respon..
If Dunlop I like the sport max RT and Sport Maxx TT but I dun think both have my size
