Accordracing, Chemlube with Ester IS good oil. Almost everyone agrees Motul V series the best. Its all because of Ester. The newest and best oil compound money can buy. In fact any oil with Ester is good.

But if you wanna try something, i guess Q8 and Idemitsu is a good choice. Currently i'm running Idemitsu already 2 weeks now. I'm impressed wit it for the price i paid.

Anyway Just to break the monotous Castrol magnatec dominance. hahaha

I've been using Valvoline VR1 15W-40 for 2.5 years in my previous 4G63T VR4 engine until my current MIVEC. I would say it perform great on both of the engines........ u'll noticed a more silent running engine during idling & feel the responsiveness of the engine almost instantly.

It's retailing for RM 68 (4 litre pack) now after the price increase last week. Previously was RM 65 (4 litre pack) & it comes along with original Valvoline premium oil filter that suits all cars. FYI, not much workshops in Klang Valley that carries Valvoline series of lubricants.
