Actually,where is the best point to ground if my power amp i placed at under seat?

the body. Make sure grounding point is near amp as ground cable must be as short as possible.

make a small hole in the carpet for the wire to pass thru, then solder it to the car metal chassis directly, make sure u grind off all paint leaving u a clean metal surface.

grounding important la, if not u can become pilot and fly aeroplane in the car.....

i prefer thick ground cable, as short as possible to the amp, each amp its own grounding point, not to share. some prefer one grounding point for all amps, some prefer all grounded to battery, but for me ive been using this way so many years and no problems...
