gear box service or overhaul ??

Hi,

How about if I'm on 3rd gear and i rev and let go the throttle at that gear and got like a krak sound? The sound is not that loud but like can feel coming from the bottom of the gear shifter. The sound is louder is i let go throttle at higher rpm. Not only 3rd but sometimes 2nd or 4th also can have the sound. Can any sifus advise...mine's a b16a small v..
