Engine is better in witch one?

Well i have a problem... i have a VR4 engine and im getting a new car....
the problem is what car to get that would make the car go fast but still will keep the car in one peice..
People in 0-100 gave me some choices:
-Wira 1.6
-Kelisa
-Toyota starlet
-Suzuki swift Gti
-Satira 1.6/GTI
-Kancli( i think this guys was fking nuts)

Thats bout it... The range of my buget is 17-30k its not much but i was wandering what car can take a VR4 and make it Go very very fast... haha...

I think the Starlet as there is a Starlet at Sabah using 3S engine...
Yes its 2.0 Turbo...hehe.. wonder how JPJ approved it?
Cant imagine how fast is the car.....

satria Gti/wira is the best..but u have to set the suspension really2 good...also you gotta improve the car handling way better coz 200++HP is really fast for the Gti and wira chassis...
