Eclpise Cd Player Problem

got this eclipse cd player...
sumtimes when play cd... get this error:

"INFO 3"

already tried cleaning using cd cleaner... still the same

i suspect lens problem... where to send for repair?
any authorised eclipese center or sumthin?

It is very obvious you'll have to replace the lens.
You can contact the local distributor here, CSE Cobra.
Or you can go back to your installer.

Eclipse HU is a bit sensitive in playing pirated CDs and old CDs. Anybody have similar experience?
