bought those caps for around RM70bucks pcb board and wires... however it didn't work when i tested with a computer 12V DC power supply.. it only managed to go 1.2V instead of a steady 12V.. i wonder why.. who wants those caps i offer at RM30.. 2pcs 4700microfarads, 8pcs 3900mf, 6pcs 2200mf, hows that?

no such thing lar.... battery recharge n discharge is using chemical reaction... n chemical reaction need time to happen...

caps is diff.. charging n discharging is using dielectric materials.. so no chemical reaction... just de flow of electrons... dats y it is fast....

rite or not? pls correct me if wrong... B)

For normal batteries, you're right... But lately since there are some new electronics which requires high amps that normal batteries could supply, newer batteries has to be invented...

Thus, why not use Li-Ion? They have very highdischarge rate... But I'm not sure about the charging rate...

well.. i think a voltage stabiliser need to work like an car shock absorber... it need to have fast bound n rebound rate...

if de voltage is constantly fluctuating.. then de charge in de battery may not b enough to stabilise de fluctuations... cos de charging rate of batteries is slower than discharge rate...

am i rite?

Ahah...
So here's some pictures...
Warning: Very ugly Pics:lol:

Here's the setup. The multimeter poking to the battery teminals where the VS is installed. A torch light cause it's night time...And... a bunch of my DIY grounding cables.. very very messy. :P

Top View... The VS is installed in front of the battery just after the headlamp...

These 2 pictures... with the engine off (Fluctuating a little probably due to the engine was on just a moment ago)

When the engine is on, the voltage is very very constant and stable at 14V.

Fuse and LED...

My battery contact HAHAHA!!!...

Just because I was lazy to drill a few freaking holes on a metel piece or something? :P

Well ufo, for DIY we took some tryings lo. I produce my first VS without any improvement to my car. So i produced another VS with different sized CAP, my car feels better now but still not as good as i expected. However, my friend curi curi took my first VS and went trying on his 8 years old satria, <_< he is amazed with the effect the VS gave him hahahahaha :D ... it just didn't work on my new car lo

Random Post Every 5 Minutes

For those of you who wanna go to Grandpire to do up your car, just a bit of advice :

1) Deal with the same person all the time
2) If the person is not there don't bother going into the shop
3) Get them to write down EVERYTHING they agreed to do for you in DETAIL
4) Add the words "and do everything necessary to repair and install the parts properly onto the car"

Think this is too much? Then listen on...

I brought my car to them to repair and fix a bumper and sideskirts.

Spoke to...
