Different brands... does it make a difference ??

hey guys.. just wanna ask... does it make a difference if i use different brands for my ICE setup?? for example.. alpine head unit.. pioneer amps.. sony xplode sub's... MTX component set.. Monster cable's and etc etc.. or should i just use one brand for the entire thing.. any difference ?? thanx..

it all depends on how you match your stuff... if you match them right... then they will sound good to you... so in the end... its all about your personal preference....

Nothing problem laa..... as long not the High End Stuff... like Focal, Dynsaudio, Vifa or esle ..coz need to find right amp.........

You could use the same brand throughout, but there hardly is any company which makes the best for every gear. Alpine makes really good HU & processors, but that's abt it, Pioneer makes decent HU & overrated for everything else, Sony makes the biggest pile of crap with heavy pricetags in the market, MTX makes good amps not speakers, JL Audio makes very good subs & decent stuffs for the rest ( thank god for CleanSweep! ), Monster, Streetwires, Daxx makes excellent cables, Focal, Morel makes superb speakers, Genesis, TRU Technology, JBL (Crown series), Butler, Prokick (ooops .. hahaha) makes great amps & yadda yadda yadda. Entirely up to you dude ;)

so mostly mix and match is very much normal in a car... unless its a particular brands show car... then thts a hell of a different story...
