Civilian Scolds NYC Cop For Parking Violation!

A native New Yorker who has given himself the name “Jimmy Justice” goes around NYC pinning law enforcement officials for actually breaking the very laws they are suppose to be enforcing capturing the entire encounter on video tape.

The so-called “Jimmy Justice” witnesses a NYC traffic agent park her official vehicle in front of a fire hydrant and proceeds into a supermarket. For the very reason that parking in front of a fire hydrant is prohibited, ironically, a fire breaks out across the street and fire officials are unable to access the pump. Jimmy Justice sure does give her a scolding, to say the least.

Listening to Jimmy's voice he must look like a a guy with a soft touch, more of gentle. And besides if the cops were male and white, Jimmy wouldn't have dared say anything, or raise his voice in a disrespectful manner. He stepped up the opportunity to confront the officers because they were female and also black, but anyhow I doubt the cops gave a single damn about what this Jimmy boy said. In fact I was surprised that the cops were patient. They must have thought Jimmy was mentally unstable, so just took it easily.

The "Are you on drugs?" question was indeed funny though.
And interestingly, there might be a firefighter who is also buying donuts or a cup of coffee.
