Car park emergency

I hope u guys can give some tips of what should we do when our car broke down or whatever la in parking lots like OU, midvalley and whatnot.

A few days ago i lost my key, and my spare key alarm cannot be used. The problem is if i open manually using the keys, the alarm will sound and i cant stop it coz the lock that needs to be opened before i can switch it off is broken. Luckily OU got eneos so got the help of this 2 eneos guys to walk from old wing to the new wing and solve this.
And just now my sister's car cannot be started, in OU as well haha. Bad luck i think. But then i dunno where did she get this chinese mechanic to come and bring a new battery for her.

What else can we do in situations like this ? What number to call ? I only have AAM, but then i dont think they can come to places like OU or KLCC like that. I mean, tow trucks i think are useless in situations like this right ? How to tow a car on a slope ? Put a driver inside the car so he can control the brakes ?

Anybody who had experienced this kind of situations please share some tips.

situation 1, u still can use spare key to open u car n go in turn off ur car alarm manually rite?(press some button n start ur car engine)

situation 2, if my car's engine cant start, try ask other ppl there connect the battery of both car wif cable lo, if nobody can help, thn call my fren or foreman ask 4 help lo.....nothing can do if battery dead.....

situation 1 : yea but the thing is i cant open the key to press that button. My car got this thing near the trunk lever where the button is situated. And i need to open that place first, but then they lock is broken i think.

Btw, u know any foreman number to call ? Any foreman as long as they can help us out. And those willing to come at late night like 12 am

today evening radio stated that Sg.Wang is one of the complex which follow all security meants , untill today.. they have 49 cctv and consider safe for thye time being.

as 1U has upgrade their cctvs to 140 unit, to cover their entire car park.. amaze...

I used to have a proton stock gear lock. How it works is, I have to put the gear in neutral. Then push it to the left, and place the "U" shaped steel lock into the main unit.
One day, the key mechanism broke. Turn the key but the lock can't open. I was also at One Utama old wing roof top car park. I went to the hardware shop and bought a saw. I saw the steel bracket (the one that is screwed into the car body, that holds the main lock unit) off. Unscrew my gear knob and removed the "U" shaped steel lock. Then screw back the gear knob and go off.
