B16a Head B20b Block

Need u're help on building the engine. Already

port polished head
85mm high compression pistons
Spoon ultralight flywheel
Adjustable cam pully


So need the manual to modify the block + head.

Please help Urgent! The race is end of this month. Thanks.

Polarbear- Yup i'm from Melawati (my brother is Jasmie Auto) Privious race only B16A LSD stock engine. Kena tapau sama MINI TYPE R. This time mau revenge.Boleh tolong ka? Do i know u?

I'm not a sifu but i think the valve clearance on the piston should be ground off, else chances of the piston 'hitting' the vavle is high. My fren's B20 on B16a got a few bent valve stem because he didn't do the 'grinding off ' part. I've saw my mech grind my pistons too when installing B20. I've also seen this in other VTEC or Honda forum, but cant remember which forum...
