JPJ has stopped giving out any details about car owners for whatever reason. I think it is likewise for JPN.

yup.. can't get any info from JPJ.. unless u have a police report the car involve in accident..

even that the info u'll get is the owner's name & address only..

JPN i think they won't give info to public.. a lot of identity theft now a days.. and i seriously doubt they keep phone no..
