does any1 here know the owner of this car? its a toyota le. i need to get some document from him for registration purpose. i bought over his engine thru a mechanic but the mechanic (very unethic mechanic) did not give me the ic. as i dun wan to have anymore deal to do with this mechanic, i need to find this guy by my own. so, if any1 can help me is very much appreciated... thx.
