Annoying sound from my Viva.

hi guys, just got my viva, but i noticed one thing that is persistent, i hear a very annoying sound that comes from behind the dashboard, it's like someone shaking a bunch of keys together,any ideas what this could be? i went to the Perodua service center, they seem to have no clue about it, once the mechanic checked under my dashboard and said theres a gap causing the sound and he rectified it but the sound came back the next day, when i went back to the SC, did a testdrive with the mechanic and theres no sound and this problem comes and goes, however when i hit like a bump or go donwhill it'll start to sound like something is out of place.

tell them to remove the whole dashboard.......should be still under warranty.

if they said no need to take out...
direct scold them u wan to do the warranty or not i am ur boss i ask u to do then u just do it dump ass!!! muahahaha
