A/F ratio and Voltage

hi all,

i'm driving 1.8gsr.. i have an apexi pen timer in my car, the reading of AFR is 20.0 (blinking) and most of the time the voltage reading is below 13.0 while cruising (ard 12.5 ~ 12.9).. my battery just replaced last 3 mths..

any idea whr goes wrong and wat to chk?

i have 5stars grounding kits on my car..

can somebody help? is it bcos of alternator?

well...if u have new batery n good grounding cables....there is no reason yo voltage is 13v for a GSR

unless.....yo alternator is weak...maybe it is time to replace it...

manual GSR comes wt 75amp alternaotr while auto is 90amp...
normally ppl go for 90amp if thier 75amp is kong

normal valtage for cold start up will be around 14.1v n when in normal operating tempeture is around 13.6v +/- 0.2v without aircond turn on.

and above all that i suspect something is wrong with ur timer coz under normal situation if ur afr is around 20 ur engine should be kaboom by then........cheers :rolleyes:

my one normal 14.0 - 14.5V without aircond hehe......
