My pulley cover / clutch hub or whatever is is called, is out slightly, thus causing a "chink" sound during revving.. happens like every 5 mins when driving.. mech said when engine running with AC on, compressor pulley and clutch do not run simultaneously.
the problem is the cover seems stuck, and very difficult to remove from the pulley. how to fix this? the only solution is to remove the cover by force, but really afraid it will cause damage to the compressor!
