There are quite some oil & gas companies in the north, Noble is having quite some folks in shanghai, many of them are msians or singaporeans..... :) not too late if you have 8 years plus experiences

just wanna share, my friend worked as a customer service officer on a 6 month contract in a foreign oil company n his average monthly pay was like rm3k with only SPM!even my friend, a monash grad n working in KPMG only getting rm2.6k!!haha...siao....oil companies are awesome man!haha...must aim one too....

Most of the front end to middle management jobs need to work long hours nowadays, and the pay is declining.Thats why wealth gap is getting serious. And the financial "cheaters" are using their "financial Skills" to suck out a lot of money for their million dollars bonus from the already low pay people.


its no longer what field are you in, IT, Account, Management...its the matter of what industry are you in, some industry like the investment bank pay 30-40% more for their IT guy than other industry. I knew some guys got rm$500-700k per year during the investment banking booming.

But if you only start to drool on the investment banking industry now, or last year. Its already over. So whats next booming industry? its time to figure out.

2009 will be a very very tough year. Many so called "corporate management" are running out of ideas to save their ass from the financial tsunami and they all just follow each other to lay off their staff, which makes short term benefit but worsen the economy in larger scale.

lay off is one of the most stupid way to avoid economy problem and they should be done during good times with careful thought if the company find redundancy.
