ok the prob is
when im idling my rpm is 1.5k
the screw cant be tighten anymore..my mech said its omost time 2 chg my trottle body aredi...so isit true?
prob happens after chging 1.5 metal gasket and walbro fuel pump

yeap 4g93p bot...aredi service aredi..but my mech said if low rpm...service might solve it...now im at high rpm...

yes is true...after changing metal gasket and fuelpump,your setting wil lari a bit...
get a halfcut tb,it won't cost tat much

er jz now i was testing my car
shits...my car still freaking jerk when im boosting..with air con off its worse!
wid air con on at 1st no jerk...after a while everything is bek 2 square 1...and jerks keep coming when im boosting..and also misfiring even at low rpm....haihzzzzzzz

u mean stock proton throttle body ?
mis tuning of afr wil lead to mis-firing...
did u notice any smoke cming out from the exhaust?"

did your mech or u ever touch the air filter - air sensor hose ?

i think your meech shud be able to overcome the prob... :)

Black smoke is caused by excess fuel tat has entered the cylinder area and cannot be burn completely...another term for excess fuel is running rich. poor fuel mileage is also a common complaint when black smoke comes out of the exhaust. excess fuel wil usually effect engine performance, reduce fuel economy and produce a fuel odor...

tis can be caused by :
faulty fuel pump
a leaky fuel injector
a faulty engine computer
computer sensor
rich fuel
ignition system

but i suspect most tat your fuel is rich and it cannot burn completely, tat's why u lost power and jerk a lot wit black smoke coming out from the exhaust...
and i supposed tat your distributor also included in tis...

confirm is not fuel pump cz using brand new walbro
but i suspect most is the rich fuel thing that cause my engine to idle...
do i need 2 chg the distributor ?

ok, what u need to do is further confirm on ur air fuel,
if can shut off ur engine immediately when jerking. Check on ur spark plug to confirm on a/f too rich or leakage on distributor.
 
Brown in wet ?
If too rich, think u should go to re-map ur piggy back.
Oh yes, u still running with stock air flow right?
Try to get 4G93T air flow to fix and test run and see.
I hear a lot of BOT user is replace their air flow to 93T air flow.
 
i having the situation u having rite now..exactly same...but just,no black smoke cming out from my exhaust...u can feel a very very strong AIR flow out from the exhaust...super under powered lol...
need to retune my afr settings on my ecu... :)
 
one mroe thing..when i open up the plug cover
i found engine oil in it...y is this happening?
