yes, will get u around 350whp, go get nismo or tomei 740 injector, and a wastegate to make the boost more stable, actuator sucks...

Hks GT-RS is same as Garrett GT2871r, prize gtrs almost double the 2871r, 2871r around 4k, gtrs around 7k, but some said gtrs a bit better than 2871r, if you wan to go after respond, dont go turbo bigger than this, and you only can get 350 whp +- only, dun think can get near 400whp with this turbo with pump fuel...
 
for ecu go get the latest wan la, haltech sprint500 will do the job, but if your pocket deep go for haltech sport1000 lor, important is u need a good tuner to achieve your whp goal...

haltech sprint 500 will do, with that budget. and more than enough with that setup unless you want features that is not supported

my previous sr20det uses 850cc injectors, walbro fuel pump, tomei fpr, garrett hybrid turbo, haltech e6x, tial wastegate, blitz intercooler, custom oil cooler, 1.5mm metal gasket and apex'i avcr..

boost was set at 1.2bar and i got around 330whp.

in my opinion the set up is good for more, but needs bigger turbo. forged internals is recommended too as 350whp is roughly around 400hp at crank.. some say 400hp is at the upper limit of the stock internals.

My sr20det,full build internals with forgies,PowerFC,3071r dynoed at 396whp with dyno dynamics, boost 1.5bar

Ur setup pretty good.shud get above 350whp at 1.5bar boost.sprint 500 also can get the job done n its a cheaper option.u can discuss with ur tuner for more detail.
