usually, agents who answers the calls don't know jack shit about tech stuff. All they do are front line jobs which are to tell you some basic bullshit and then open a ticket for you. You can open another ticket and ask for a rebate. Either that, or you could just take your laptop to the nearest cafe and tap into their wifi. hahaha
