Offset Tyre based on 14inch rim

1st of all, i dont want change the original 14inch alloy rim.
but i willing to offset the tyre size at the back 2 1st.

1st question is it ok just offset 2 tyre front or back 1st?
2nd question is it go fine to offset tyre to 195/65r14 or 195/60r14 i not sure Yokohama got produce or not.... who can intro?

Do you mean you want to fit wider tyres, but 2 only?
If yes, then always the wide ones should be in the rear, because it is easier to control an understeer then oversteer.
Using wider tyres you still have to keep the overall diameter as close to the original as possible.
Your original size is 185/60R14, therefore going 195, you have to use 195/55R14. There used to be this size, but not lately since many have gone to 15". Tyre choice and size in 14" is very little. Best you upgrade to 15" using 195/50R15......
