Why are u wasting time to see cars that u know are hard to maintain? BMWs??? Just stick to what u know. Stop wasting time.
BMWs aren't hard to maintain. And now that the spare parts shop is so near my house makes things even easier. The E36/46 are still relatively inexpensive to maintain overall and it drives better than most of the cars here. If I really wanted "easy" I'd just buy back my wira but it's currently not for sale.

Anyway, A suggestion came up recently : Spend half my car budget now as a deposit on a new Myvi and put the remaining funds in a investment fund. Loan will be for 3-4 years and that's it. It's an interesting idea.

Its a really tough choice for me between the e46 and euro r but e46 it is..u still have balance for investment if u want.

enough of servicing monthly installment.

i will strongly advised u to let go one car if possible.

Let go one car? My wife uses one car, my parents have their own cars and I have no car.

i tot u have 2x Myvito and 1x mini alphard...cant let go 1x Myvito?

If not then no harm in getting the E46...worse case is some car will be less driven amd collecting dust or to get one car out of the porch, at least one car need to be remove. I face this issue when we gathered at my parents house...if the car at the 'long parking spot' needs to get out then 2 cars need to be moved out of the way first. Now the Pajero and the W124 occupy the spot.

I don't really want the 2.3 as it's a single VVTI and gonna be thirsty. I have a viewing for a S60 2.0 dual VVTI so let's see how that one goes.

Wtf Myvi? Come I sell you my Myvi cash 15k lock stock barrel with everything minus the Recaro. No loan. Even better.

The rims alone worth 2k. The piggyback is 1.5k. The Dsport lower arm bar is 1k and discontinued. The original Greddy intercooler is 1.5k. Bargain of the century. I just dropped in a brand new Walbro last month.

Dynamat xtreme was 2k, kl autofoam was 900 iirc.
