Dear honda sifus,

I'm in dilemma, either to buy already swapped EG 2door or convert myself. I understand that if I convert myself, got to go thru the hastle to find the right engine...time & money spent but on positive side, I know the car inside out that everything is genuine.

To buy already swapped car would save me alot of time & money, but dunno the history of the car plus not sure whether the engine will still lasts onot since i'm sure the previous owner already hantam kaw kaw the Big V.

Appreciate so much if sifus could share your experience, the challenges, plus how much would it costs to rebuilt the car.

Thank you so much!:hmmmm:

1. Orginal body - is the best (-side hard to find seller or still good condition & a bit more expensive)

2. Coverted body - Saves time/money ( - side, u might get a real rojak/bad condition car, or + side u might get a real well kept car) a bit of a gamble

3.Convert yourself - Needs time & cash (but on the + side, u learn a lot and u know whats going on with the car)

If you're talking about true passion for Dolphins, build up yourself, as you will learn in & out of your ride, specifications to your taste & needs, and finally to get all the credits NOT on other people's hardwork but on your hardwork...

If you're an average dude looking for a Dolphin just to play around and sell it off quick, just get the ready made ones.

I built my own and spent about 25k but had to sell her off due to the economic turmoil when I lost my job. However, there is no regrets on burning the 25k as it was pure satisfaction & I :banghead: every moment for losing her....***sighs**

nevermind.. motorsport is not about one or two days story.. loosing loves one is pain in the ass but who knows the one in future are more preeminent

i will vote to build up your own machine with the selective motor.. unless you want to go for ori eg6 then that will be mind-hassle choice.. having such great machine will be more pleasant building it up from scratch.. :driver:
