So far so good. No oil lost. But a bit sign of oil at head gasket. Maybe not enough torque when tight the head bolt

Yes bro, totally depend on the engine repair manual. It helps alot. On the electronic side, just need to remove 4-5 sensor and 4 injector connector.

I did not remove block coz dont have engine lifter. If I have that, sure I'll remove the block.

Bro ragerunner, I donno how to explain about the technical, but like I said above, I think all 20 Valvers has the engine repair manual. I just print out the manual and make is as a book, open the book and refer it while working with the engine.
The manual is quite detail, it tell what connector to remove, how much screw to remove.
I can say that 85% came from engine repair manual, 10% from my courage n experience and another 5% is advice from friends and mech.

No need sticky la bro. I do not want to responsible if someone try DIY it and fail.Plus the picture is not detail enough.
Hi Brother, can you send me a copy of the engine repair manual?

Bro,

Do send me the manual if you don't mind. It would be great to have the manual handy. You'll never know when is the time you need to be the mechanic. But seriously bro, no matter how much I wanted to take apart my 16v, i for one admit i don't have the balls to do it haha...Maybe when I have the proper tools and a mechanic friend with me, I would venture into that area. hehe

Again, my highest respect to you bro. :adore: Should meet up sometime to talk about 4age :D

We have here with us a very unique car. Being one of its kind, this specific one is more than 5 years old but only holds 500KM in mileage. Reason being is this car had been stuck in our local ports for a very very long time. Cars stored in ports are usually fully exposed to environmental damage, which mean there is no chance that the car has had...
