Hey danz i see in google they say cucuk at the ATF oil pan and if cucuk on the return line the sensor adaptor usually they sell outside is very big in diameter for the ATF hose

haha logical enough...cos that was my theory only cucuk at the oil return pipe...
if want proper then can get the adaptor fit at piping...or even better if custom adaptor at the oil cooler

Actually which is best place, as different place will show different results....:hmmmm:

depends on what u want to know...

pre-cooled temp (install at oil cooler inlet)

or

post-cooled temp (install at oil cooler outlet)


or


just current oil temp in the oil pan..... (install at the oil pan)


if me personally prefer at post-cooled temp....so if the reading shoot high even after passing oil cooler...that means the gotta slow down to avoid transmission overheating...

That temp meter is about RM26.50. Cheap and nicer looking than Defi gauges imo. ahhaha
What i'm worried about is the way he held the sensor, silicone will slide out after sometime in my experience.
And mine wasn't even 100 Celsius.

And I want to know the current temperature of the transmission, where do u guys thing I should put in?

hi guys, i drive a satria (non neo version) and would like to know how to remove the centre console (the plastic part where you put the radio at (usually wood colored for wiras or cf colored for satrias ) coz last time someone stole my radio and broke it, wanna take it out to glue back..
also, can anyone tell me how to remove the cluster meter too?? i know there are 2 screws on the top, but is that all?
