i have a bmw e28 with 1jz turbo engine....due the different size and shape of the 1jz...i've had to modify my brake system....so now the linkage from the brake pedal to the brake pump runs inside the car and NOT inside the engine bay....my brake pump is on the left side of the car so its not directly in front of the pedal......i do have a linkage in the car but the brake feel is terrible....the pedal is so soft and it almost feels like there is no brake...but the brake actually works....im looking for someone good enough to customize a proper linkage so that the brake feel is better....in fact i have an idea which i think might work....the bmw e34's linkage setup is pretty similar to what i need in my car...so im thinking just to buy the linkage from the halfcut and modify it to fit my car...that should be even simpler than doing fully custom....anyways hope someone can give me some useful advice and point me in the right direction....thank you.

is very hard to answer your question bro as most of us here is not mechanic bro.
so it is best for you to sent to a well known workshop...
where is your location by the way?
i do have friends mod 1jz to e46 also dont face the problem of brake bro

yea e46 engine layout is very different....dats why no problem...i've seen a few 1jz e28s...but no one has really done a clean installation...many of it very messy and the brake system is always a mess....so far i just discussed the problem with my mechanic and we tried a new solution with the brake linkage...but still remains to be seen if problem can be solved as its still in progress....i mean this guy i sent it to is one of the best in my opinion...but whenever its a custom project it takes some trial and error and takes time i suppose...especially if you want it done right.

Does anyone here have an e28 with 1jz btw?
