ecu for auto and manual -6a12tt

to all you sifu's and petrol head out there..:wavey:
need help to identify ecu ( mitsubishi 6a12tt ) for auto and manual transmission if the only thing u have in hands is the ecu itself together with the serial number/ code.
can it be identify just by looking at the ecu serial number ie : MD180563 E2T38875 :banghead:

Hi zachary,
Yes MD180563 is for 6A12tt.
But for safe, please open up the cover and make sure that the number printed on the white socket is "8875T".

0563 is for 6a12tt auto and 0564 is for 6a12tt manual if not mistaken.

anything i can refer to?coz need to convince the insurance repairer that they had given me the ecu for auto..( my car got stolen and everything missing )by hook or by crook wanted them to give me the ecu for manual.

Since I've became a petrolhead, I always prefer drifting more than any other racing.
The sound of blow off valve is the most orgasmic plus the RB, SR and 1J/2J sound.
V8 just doesn't sound right for me.
The only problem is, I can't figure it out
why isn't diesel engines more widely used since it got more torque, naturally.
