Are you sure Chevy is Korean with an American badge? Chevy is Chevrolet and is American.. Corvette and Camaro is the name of the cars under Chevrolet but one thing i agree with Bar7Monster is that the Cruze is a Korean car.

The current Chevy cars sold in M'sia are rebadged Daewoos. They aren't American per say, but aren't really Korean either. LOL

i vote for chevvy cruze 1.8se. very unique and rarely can c on de road now. more eye catchy.. but forte is more worthy to buy for de price and specs given. sorry i nvr test drive both car. in de end, others juz giving u opinion but u are the one who drive it. so most important is u choose what u love, love what u choose. happy buying new car~ goodluck!

bro, I don't like Inspira cos it is copy cat from ori Lancer. Chevy is indeed American but this car Cruze designed by Daewoo and assemble in Korea. You can check it on net.

hehe.. no problem bro.. from my experience, u can tell by the name of the model.. chevy from the us really hv models sounded 'american.' Like the tahoe, cavalier, impala, malibu, even the corvette sounds american to me.. where else the chevy from korea, from my opinion have a bad taste in naming their models.. like 'nabira,' 'aveo,' 'optra,' wtf? definitely trying to copy japanese model-naming convention... huhu..

btw.. sorry to drive off topic.. hehe.. honestly, i think, both are equally good. definitely worth it.. if u want a proven test track car. cruze is the answer, which i think maybe come in handy if u suddenly decide to do performance upgrade or whatsoever.. for looks, in my oinion, maybe kia forte looks cooler in anyway..
