Regrind cams will never be the same as billet cams like JUN. Regrind cams do not have the lift like billet cams. Are you sure that mat speed regrind cams has JUN spec????

i dunno how good is the jun cams, but all my fren including me are all using mat speed regrind cams,so far we've yet to encounter any problem, and 1 of my frens 4G93 na is actually pumping out 183hp on wheel using mat speed 288 and 300 cams...:burnout:

272 just nice .. if u r really hardcore and doesn't really care about fuel consumption and drivability then go for 304 :adore:

Have a friend who uses matspeed 288s, oversized pistons, high compression daily driver - 195 whp with LT10s. Brutal torque, flat all the way and on sepang, able to keep up with a wrx on the straight. Go figure.

KEY EL!
My frens spec.."satria orange"..skunk 2 intake, 70mm billet throttle, Cusco exractor (jian hang copy) Bench flow head (nasty port flow usj) 240cc volume per port, block balance, micro polished crank (cost a lot of money!!),RPW valve spring, injector i dono

CAM-matspeed regrind..288..he is making 167hp@wheel torque 157NM tork..Best part..still UNTUNED!!~ )stended ecu..(mamat ni sengal sket..hehehehe)

compression at modest 11:1..if u use 304 Jun CAMS..will gain higher..but u need a lot of compression and probably the engine will benefit from quad throttle..IF there is a good tuner for it..such as church otomotif...

Another fren of mine..the migty "wira merah" on the way of the same spec above but additional stuff..Jun 304 cams, higher compression and the block internal.."Byk brg forged"...see if he will get more...I bet he will get more...

195???!!!...i would love to see the car..who is it? whre is the car dynoed? that is mother***** high with only 288 REGRiND!!!!!!!!!!!!!! REMEMBER REGRIND got no higher lift than standed..How come it can achieved that high? 288? that power band in between 6000rpm-7500rpm...with regrind cams/stended lift....i reckon around 160++....WOW!!! may i know what's the spec? especially the compression..
