Alpine HU-top&famous model:9835 vs 9855

Based from earlier feedback from Sifu2 in ZTH, know that alpine HU model that end with 5 such as 9835and 9855 is great model Alpine ever made(medium range HU for alpine)..
Anyway, if we compare within 2 unit, which model is better in term of SQ?:stupid:
Is it 9835?
How if both of this HU compare with Pioneer P80RS?

between the 3, take the pioneer p80rs2, which is a current model. otherwise, just buy a alpine 9887 which is seriously value for money at below rm1300.

between 9835 and 9855, the 9835 is an older model that has better preout voltage and easier to use than the 9855. the slide interface for the 9855 is cumbersome and the preout voltage is weak altho' quoted 4v.
