1200 sounds ok, as long as condition is good. usual problems is the fold in mechanism, gears are made from plastic, tend to break if they are forced with hand. if careful user that lets it work on its own and not force it manually, then is ok...

Bro Zenn, is alpine V12 MRV 1005 a reliable amp despite it's age? and when i browse through internet, some showed wording "expert" under V12 on face, however i do come across some amp with "de straight" under V12, what's the differences?

Together with MRV F400, can considered good quality SQ? or shall i wait and look for newer amp?

7998 is a very very good HU... former user before i upgraded... and for that price... i wouldnt complaint as well..

anyway... when you get the HU... should test drive it.. test every button, test the face-plate motor, test the screen...

i used mine for a couple of years without any any problem... if you take care of it properly... let it do its folding properly, shouldnt be a problem with the unit...

good luck!
